Kelvin Oliver, Senior Loan Officer

For nearly fifteen years, Kelvin has been helping individuals and their families build a better future by educating them about the benefits of home ownership. He is currently a mortgage banker with Village Bank Mortgage and a Qualified Trainer in the VHDA homeownership education program.

Kelvin provides mortgage services ranging from first time-homebuyer solutions with VHDA to jumbo loan products for more experienced borrowers. In addition, Kelvin has an extensive background in working with real estate investors as well as those with “hard to do” or “unique” circumstances. He has extensive knowledge of grant programs that he’s able to share with low to moderate income borrowers.
