Branch Manager

Michael was born in Vietnam and immigrated to Virginia as a teenager in 1982. He became an American citizen in 1989 and began his pursuit of the American Dream. In 1992, he graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and soon after, Michael began his career in the mortgage industry. Since that time, Michael has advanced from being an assistant to the Branch Manager to a Loan Officer to currently being a Branch Manager himself. Over the last 15 years, Michael has helped many people achieve the American Dream of owning a home.

Michael has been working on his Accredited Mortgage Banker (AMB) designation and is scheduled to complete the courses by spring 2009. He sits on the VHDA Multicultural Advisory Board and has been consistently selected VHDA Top Producing Loan Officer. Michael is a Qualified Trainer in the VHDA Homeownership Education Program. He is also the Vice President of the Kiwanis Club in Colonial Heights.

Michael, his wife and 2 children live in Chesterfield County. They are an active family and enjoy tennis, volleyball, soccer, snow skiing and traveling.
