The Dalton Sales Force formed 3 years ago and has helped hundreds of clients realize the dream of home ownership as well as helped hundreds more maximize their equity with refinancing. Combined, the Dalton Sales Force has over 36 years of mortgage experience. Our team consists of Hal Dalton, Michael Purvis and Christy Fulton.
Hal Dalton is the Senior Vice President and Hanover Regional Manager of Village Bank Mortgage. He is a Hanover County resident, having lived there 23 of the past 27 years. He has over 20 years of mortgage industry experience. In 2003, he was named as one of the top 200 originators in the country by Mortgage Originator Magazine. From 2004 to 2010, he managed the largest joint venture between a major national mortgage company and the second largest real estate company in Richmond. He has personally helped thousands of clients buy & refinance homes.
Michael Purvis is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and has been in the mortgage industry for over 8 years. He is a Henrico County resident, having lived there for the past 11 years. He has consistently ranked in the top levels for customer service and sales. He has personally helped hundreds of clients buy & refinance homes.
Christy Fulton is a Hanover County resident. She brings a unique understanding of the real estate side to our team, having worked in the industry for 9 years. She ensures that the lines of communication are always open with weekly phone updates to all parties involved in the transaction (clients, realtors, etc.).
The Dalton Sales Force has consistently been awarded top honors for production and customer service. Our team was recognized as a top 100 producer for a major national mortgage company each of the last 3 years.
